TSG Consumer Partners purchased a majority stake in N.V. Perricone Cosmeceuticals. Nicholas Perricone is a world-famous dermatologist who has established himself as an expert on maintaining a youthful appearance. As the pioneer of the nutriceutical category, Dr. Perricone advocates use of his products as part of his three-tiered "diet-supplements-topicals" approach to overall well-being outlined in his books. TSG Consumer Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco, acquires and builds leading branded consumer companies.
