Procter & Gamble acquired NIOXIN Research Laboratories and its NIOXIN brand of hair care products for fine and thinning hair.

The leader in the scalp care professional haircare segment, NIOXIN offers a range of innovative products that focus on the scalp to improve the appearance of thinning hair. NIOXIN is distributed through salons and salon stores in more than 40 countries. Procter & Gamble is the world's largest household and personal care products company by revenue.
